Hey there, I’m Trent! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a passionate music lover who primarily focuses on classical music, romantic music, Broadway musicals, and ethnomusicology, which is the study of music in cultural context. I started my music education at the age of three on the piano and since then I’ve explored and learned to play the violin, cello, and French Horn, which is currently my main instrument, to varying degrees of proficiency. I’m especially passionate about the music and the story ofthe Broadway musical-turned-movie Wicked. I love absolutely everything about it, and its music, along with ethnomusicology, will be the main focus of this blog.
